We had so much fun on this trip, it was just an all around amazing experience!

~ Day 1 ~

We flew from Birmingham to Tampa, FL where we had a 4 hour lay over...then flew from Tampa to the Cayman Islands. Oh, and I love the picture of the cloud...it looks like a Tiger?!

Once we arrived at the Ritz Carlton we checked-in, made our spa appointment, then went to our rooms to unpack & rest a little before dinner.

Later the 12 of us loaded up in the taxi to head to dinner...little did we know that this would be one of the BEST taxi rides EVER!!! All of a sudden the taxi driver asks if anyone wants to karaoke??...that's right, he had a KARAOKE system in the taxi van...the 1st song, "Sweet Caroline" then about 3 more songs before arriving at our destination.

We had dinner at Calypso's, which has the best Blackened Mahi Mahi I have ever put in my mouth. After a wonderful dinner & drinks, we got back in the taxi for more karaoke, we sang a few songs and ended with "Summer Nights," my favorite. What a wonderful night!!!
